I have been using Linux since before kernel version 1. I’ve tried several distributions over the years, but most recently use CentOS and Ubuntu.
SAN
Various platforms and technologies over the years including EMC, Hitachi, NetApp, fiber channel, iSCSI, and NFS. Most recently, I have been supporting EMC VNX and NetApp FAS systems as well as EMC Recover Point for replication.
Windows Server
Familiar with versions 2003 – current.
Monitoring
Various platforms including CheckMk, Nagios, Solarwinds, and NetIQ. I enjoy the challenge of creating custom monitors to alert me before my users do.
